Our venue is located in Terre Haute, Indiana — centrally positioned near local hotels and close to major roadways for easy guest access. Located at 5129 East Old Maple Avenue, Terre Haute, Indiana home of the former Camp Wildwood.
Where are you located?
Do you host weddings and other events year-round?
Yes! We host weddings, receptions, corporate events, parties, and celebrations throughout the year. Our indoor space can easily adapt to celebrations year-round. Our outdoor space is flexible and available to guests to meet their needs. There is no heated outdoor space though guests are welcome to bring in any rental items needed to meet their vision.
How do I check availability for my Event date?
You can check date availability by contacting us directly or submitting a date inquiry via our website form. We recommend reaching out as early as possible (especially for popular dates like Saturdays in spring and fall).
Can I schedule a tour of the venue?
Yes! We encourage all interested to schedule a free venue tour to experience the space in person, see different setups, and ask questions.
What should I bring or ask on my venue tour?
On tours, ask about capacity, included amenities, outdoor options, vendor policies, weather plans, setup/breakdown timing, and rental cost breakdowns.
How many guests can your venue accommodate?
Our indoor center can comfortably seat 150 seated. Our outdoor space could accommodate parties as large as 500 though parking is limited. We are happy to discuss creative strategies to meet your needs.
Do you offer both indoor and outdoor spaces?
Yes — we provide flexible indoor spaces plus outdoor ceremony/reception options (weather permitting).
What is included in the venue rental fee?
Rental packages include use of event spaces, and a limited number of table and chairs. We have a list of vendors to help you coordinate your needs including tables, chairs, linens, tents and planning!
Can we bring our own vendors (caterer, DJ, florist)?
Yes — you can bring vendors of your choice. A big benefit of choosing our venue is the ability to bring your own food/caterer. Though you cannot prepare food on property we have a caterer’s kitchenette that make it easy to set up and serve food. Our team is happy to provide a preferred vendor list upon request.
